Job description
The GPU Verification Engineer at NVIDIA will be part of a team dedicated to verifying the design and architecture of NVIDIA GPUs and SoCs. This role involves using advanced verification methodologies to ensure the quality and performance of cutting-edge technology. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to define verification scopes and develop test plans. Requirements
- A Master's or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Ability to program in C/C++ and automate/write scripts in Perl/Python/shell.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for debugging.
- Background in computer architecture and memory models.
- Exposure to design and verification tools such as VCS, emulation, FPGA, and debug tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Verify the ASIC design, architecture, and micro-architecture of NVIDIA GPUs and SoCs.
- Define the verification scope and develop test plans.
- Design and develop test generators to validate CPU and GPU interactions.
- Develop the verification infrastructure using state-of-the-art methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and verification teams to accomplish tasks.
