  • Expertise in test logic design verification and pattern generation.
  • Experience in ATE test program development and bring-up.
  • Hands-on knowledge of industry standard DFT EDA tools.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Python.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all aspects of testing including methodology, logic insertion, verification, and test pattern generation.
  • Find the right tradeoffs between test time and data collection for monitoring next generation process nodes.
  • Work as part of the team to design and tapeout advanced packaging vehicles.
  • Assist with finding the root cause of product bring-up testing issues.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts.
