The Senior Software Program Manager will join NVIDIA’s Compute Software platform team, focusing on delivering impactful solutions for various sectors including academia and industry. This role requires collaboration with software and firmware development teams to implement processes that support NVIDIA GPUs, HPC, and AI platforms. The manager will lead software and firmware execution for datacenter products, ensuring effective communication and project management. The position emphasizes strategic thinking, multitasking, and the ability to resolve technical issues creatively.

• 12+ years of proven experience in a similar or related role
• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Solid ability to manage complex datacenter products
• Hands-on experience with software development and processes for system software or firmware
• Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles
• Experience with industry standard configuration management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Work closely with software and firmware development managers and engineers to implement processes.

• Schedule and lead status meetings, maintaining release schedules and plans.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to drive software and firmware objectives.
