NVIDIA is looking for a technology leader to manage the Server Software Technical Program Management team. This role involves leading a team of Senior TPMs responsible for the firmware and system software of NVIDIA's next-generation server platforms. The position focuses on the Software Development Processes that bring new server hardware to life, ensuring alignment with hardware schedules and improving product quality. The candidate will work closely with product management and hardware engineering teams to define release plans and program objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience developing and leading complex low-level or system software projects.
- 7+ years of experience in a people management role.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, including server topologies and Out of band management.
- Previous experience with complex system software for accelerators such as GPUs, DPUs, or FPGAs.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of TPMs driving technical software and firmware execution for NVIDIA's NPI and sustaining engineering teams.
- Drive the end-to-end SDLC for low-level server components, including firmware and system management software.
- Collaborate closely with product management and hardware engineering teams to define release plans and program objectives.
- Build a strong connection and feedback loop between sustaining and NPI engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and propagate SDLC standards across multiple engineering and TPM organizations.
