The Analyst role at Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) involves supporting the Investment Oversight Solutions (IOS) team across various businesses. The IOS team plays a critical role in the investment process, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure compliance and performance alignment. The Analyst will engage in data analysis, guideline testing, and project management to enhance investment oversight capabilities.

• A Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Capable of analyzing and working with large datasets, including performance and investment data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Partner with investment professionals to ensure investments align with performance objectives and regulations
• Create, maintain, and amend guideline tests within BXMA’s proprietary systems
• Test investment guidelines and report results internally and externally
• Coordinate investor communications regarding guideline-related matters and portfolio inquiries
• Negotiate and draft investment guidelines in collaboration with Legal and other teams
• Partner with Blackstone Technology & Innovations to enhance guideline monitoring capabilities
• Liaise with service providers and sub-advisors
• Manage projects and initiatives across the IOS function
• Maintain and validate data within internal systems
• Analyze investment-related and operational information
