Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead technical engagement with GSIs and premier AI consulting firms. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in Agentic AI with strategic foresight to build partnerships. The manager will oversee a team focused on NVIDIA AI Factories, helping partners integrate and monetize AI services. This position emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and executive advocacy within the AI landscape.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years specifically in technical leadership or management of Solutions Architecture/engineering teams.
  • Proven expertise in Generative or Agentic AI, RAG and the orchestration of LLMs.
  • Deep understanding of Data Centers and relevant AI or HPC full stack infrastructure.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering teams and non-technical business executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a high performing team of Solution Architects, providing clarity on Mission and Strategy.
  • Partner with GSI leadership to build dedicated NVIDIA AI centers of excellence.
  • Work closely with NVIDIA product, Engineering and Business Development leadership to align partner feedback with internal product groups.
  • Represent NVIDIA at the C-suite level within GSIs, articulating the business value of full-stack AI acceleration.
  • Act as the technical authority for sophisticated, multi-step Agentic AI workflows.
