Job description
As a Manufacturing Engineer in NVIDIA's Repair Operations team, you will be instrumental in enhancing repair processes and ensuring their flawless execution. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including Product Engineering and Quality, to implement necessary repair processes. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in operations and execution of technology-related products.
- 5+ years of proven working experience as a project manager in product development or related engineering fields.
- 8+ years of confirmed experience working in reverse logistics, including operations and repair.
- Demonstrated excellence in leading cross-functional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Contract Manufacturing/Repair partners and NVIDIA teams.
- Program manage the transition of older generation products to new supplier sites.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement required repair processes.
- Ensure readiness of Bill of Materials, operating procedures, and equipment for new repair products.
- Drive repair efficiency by managing test capacity and tracking repair component availability.
- Run operational meetings to track repair test yields and efficiency.
- Handle technical aspects of the repair process, including quality and yield management.
- Champion repair efficiency to achieve world-class quality repair output.
