The ATE Test Engineer role at NVIDIA focuses on transferring GPU gaming and compute products from design engineering to mass production. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of silicon verification, testing, and manufacturing.
  • Experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform is essential.
  • Proficiency in Linux and programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a group environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test program solutions for NV advanced chips.
  • Develop and debug ATE test method code.
  • Create and debug scripting and automation tools.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to debug product failures and implement solutions.
