Job description

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the CSP Engagements team, focusing on deep technical engagement with hyperscale cloud service providers for next-generation datacenter systems. This role is designed for experienced leaders in systems and embedded software who can act as a trusted technical partner. The position involves leading technical engagements, aligning software architecture, and ensuring successful deployment of NVIDIA-based datacenter solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership experience in systems software.

Requirements

  • Strong technical depth and leadership credibility in systems software.
  • Background in systems or embedded software, with experience across Linux kernel/drivers, server firmware, or datacenter platform bring-up.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership as a software engineering manager, technical lead/architect, or senior systems/platform engineer.
  • Experience delivering datacenter server software or rack scale systems.
  • Experience working directly with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on technical topics.
  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems software, embedded software, or datacenter server development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep technical engagements with hyperscale CSPs as the primary NVIDIA point of contact.
  • Partner with CSP system software and infrastructure engineering leaders to align on software architecture and deployment readiness.
  • Represent CSP technical priorities internally and advocate for customer requirements.
  • Own the end-to-end CSP engagement lifecycle from technical alignment to large-scale deployment.
  • Drive bi-directional technical communication between CSPs and NVIDIA engineering teams.
  • Proactively identify and manage cross-company technical risks affecting CSP deployments.
  • Support rack-scale and multi-rack datacenter deployments by ensuring system software readiness.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
