Job description
The Senior Circuit Design Engineer will join NVIDIA's dynamic team to enhance the netlist and timing quality of designs. This role involves collaborating with global circuits teams to innovate circuit designs for silicon correlation and hardware security. The engineer will also mentor junior team members and drive the implementation of digital and mixed-signal analog circuit IPs. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- BSEE or equivalent experience, with an MS preferred in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 8+ years of circuit design experience.
- Good understanding of deep submicron process issues and digital circuit design techniques.
- Familiarity with analog and mixed-signal block design such as op-amps, comparators, and ADCs.
- Hands-on experience running Spice simulations, EM/IR analysis, and static timing analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and participate in cutting-edge processor design in deep submicron technologies.
- Work as part of a global circuits team to design innovative circuits for silicon correlation and hardware security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, reliability, and security of products.
- Drive the design and physical implementation of digital and mixed-signal analog circuit IPs.
- Create prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips and drive them to deployment across products.
