The Security Technology Program Manager at Blackstone is responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of physical security technologies. This role is part of the Physical Security Team, which focuses on protecting the firm's people and operations globally. The manager will evaluate emerging technologies and lead capital security projects to ensure compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security technology and project management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing physical security technology or capital security projects in enterprise environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with CCure 9000 access control systems.
- Deep expertise of video management platforms including VideoEdge, Victor, and Genetec, as well as video analytics solutions.
- Proven experience running proof-of-concept evaluations and translating findings into scalable solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for scalability, risk reduction, and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and execute pilots for new hardware, software, and analytics platforms.
- Manage security technology workstreams for new builds, renovations, and infrastructure projects.
- Partner with Physical Security, Facilities, IT, and vendors to align technology with operational needs.
- Act as SME for CCure 9000, VideoEdge, Victor, Genetec, and video analytics platforms.
