The Systems Software Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on building cloud services for NVIDIA's GeForce NOW. This role involves improving operations and feature delivery while ensuring the reliability of cloud services. The manager will act as a technical leader, balancing customer needs with business goals. The position requires a strategic approach to enhance user experiences and drive service scalability.

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent program from an accredited University/College or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in leading a software engineering team.
• Hands-on experience with designing, prototyping, building, and running cloud services.
• Proven experience taking mobile and cloud products from inception to successful release and adoption.
• Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Demonstrated capability to provide deep technical leadership to agile teams.
• Strong self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to synthesize new ideas.
• Experience engaging with analysts, industry visionaries, and executives of Fortune 1000 companies is preferred.

• Build a strategy for growing usage and scale of existing customers while crafting features for new customers.
• Own technical requirements, roadmaps, design, architecture, implementation, operations, and management of the service.
• Partner closely with peer organizations to achieve business success in the GPU Cloud space.
• Continuously drive improvements in service reliability using strong software engineering processes.
• Deliver results in terms of both features and service availability, scalability, and maintainability.
