NVIDIA is seeking a graphics performance engineer to enhance Gaussian Splatting and other accelerated libraries. The role involves optimizing reconstruction and rendering algorithms to achieve high performance and system utilization. The engineer will work with the Omniverse NuRec SDK, contributing to advancements in robotic, healthcare, and AV applications. This position offers the opportunity to bridge real-world data with simulations in the field of Physical AI.
Requirements
- Master's of Science in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of practical experience in real-time computer graphics.
- Expertise in GPU-accelerated software with CUDA, Slang, or other shading languages.
- Proficiency in Python and C++.
- Track record of releasing production-grade software.
Responsibilities
- Implement, validate, release, and maintain highly-optimized reconstruction and rendering algorithms using CUDA and Slang.
- Optimize data processing pipelines for low latency and maximum throughput.
- Influence software architecture, validation strategy, and technical roadmaps to ensure outstanding performance.
