Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Senior Circuit Design Engineer to join their dynamic team focused on improving power delivery solutions. The role involves designing innovative analog and mixed-signal circuits using deep submicron technologies. The engineer will collaborate with multi-functional teams to tackle technical challenges and drive the implementation of circuit IPs. Requirements

  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in circuit design
  • Good understanding of deep submicron process challenges
  • Strong background in analog/mixed-signal circuit design IPs such as op-amp, comparator, bandgap, DAC, ADC, and LDO
  • Proficient with circuit simulations for various analyses including dc, ac, transient, and noise

Responsibilities

  • Design innovative analog/mixed-signal circuits for power delivery solutions
  • Drive the design and physical implementation of analog/mixed-signal circuit IPs
  • Perform detailed analysis to ensure reliability and performance of designs
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand challenges of integrated power delivery solutions
  • Develop prototypes of patentable ideas on test chips and drive them to deployment
