• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related degree.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Exposure to computer architecture, ASIC design, and verification methodology.
• Experience with verification methodology such as UVM or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Perl.
• Fluency in Object Oriented Programming with SystemVerilog.
• Experience with Continuous Integration pipelines.

• Improve the speed, flexibility, and extensibility of the High-Speed IO front end integration, build, and verification flows.
• Apply best in class internal and industry tools to enable flows that simplify work processes.
• Identify team needs and create solutions to maximize productivity with provided tools.
• Maintain the High-Speed IO Continuous Integration system at the cutting edge of industry techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, verification engineers, and methodology engineers.
• Deploy tracking metrics to resolve operational issues and improve design productivity.
• Eliminate inefficiencies wherever possible.
