The position requires a strong focus on automation and troubleshooting within a diverse and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of overall experience in SRE, Enterprise Support, or DevOps.
  • Experience with SaaS, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML environments.
  • Expertise in two or more backend languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
  • Full stack engineering experience, including building user-facing web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LLM-based agents and orchestration frameworks.
  • Build robust integrations and automation pipelines across various enterprise systems.
  • Triage and resolve enterprise issues with a focus on automation.
  • Manage and troubleshoot enterprise scale collaboration and infrastructure systems.
  • Build and maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

Benefits

  • Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts. Optional programs can include student-loan and home-purchase support, plus family care resources and expert medical services.
