- BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience or MS with 3+ years of experience.
- Expertise in logic equivalence checking and formal verification from RTL to tapeout using industry-standard tools.
- Deep understanding of hardware architecture and hands-on skills in RTL/logic design for timing closure.
- Experience in clock-domain-crossing checking and MTBF analysis.
- Strong experience in full-chip/sub-chip Static Timing Analysis (STA) and timing constraints management.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Perl, TCL, Make, and Python.
Responsibilities
- Drive physical design of high-frequency and low-power CPUs, GPUs, and SoCs at various levels.
- Focus on netlist-related aspects including equivalence checking and asynchronous checking.
- Help in all aspects of physical design, including timing convergence and ECO generation.
- Manage timing constraints generation and implementation.
- Utilize industry-standard EDA tools to ensure netlist quality and performance.
Benefits
- Employees at NVIDIA are often offered comprehensive, day-one benefits—including medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA support, life and disability insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with auto-enrollment. Many roles also have generous time off and holidays, donation matching (up to $10,000), and a wide menu of extras like FSAs, commuter benefits, legal and identity-theft protection, pet insurance, and wellness discounts.
