Job description
The role is part of NVIDIA's System Level Product Engineering team, focusing on innovative solutions for system-level diagnostics, verification, and post-silicon validation of complex semiconductor chips. The team is dedicated to solving challenging testing problems and enhancing product reliability. Candidates will collaborate with various engineering groups to address silicon issues and drive process improvements. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and eager to contribute to a highly productive team.
Requirements
- BSEE or MSEE degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant product engineering work experience or similar hardware systems background
- Strong technical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
- Problem-solving experience and ability
- Software skills for large scale data analysis, such as Python
- Experience with HBM/GDDR memory and Power/Speed/Noise/Thermal characterization is a plus
Responsibilities
- Solve complex testing challenges and develop new methodologies for reliable testing of chips at SLT
- Characterize, enhance yield, and validate specifications
- Partner with other engineering groups to coordinate efforts and resolve silicon issues
- Initiate and drive process improvements and preventative actions through root cause analysis
- Continuously seek to improve workflows, products, functions, and methodologies
