Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of work experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years, or a PhD with 6+ years.
  • 6+ years of experience in silicon development in the areas of CPU or logic design.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and in delivering successful IP Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate, drive, and develop logic design, RTL coding, and simulation for a CPU.
  • Participate actively in defining architecture and microarchitecture features of the CPU.
  • Apply strategies, tools, and methods to write RTL and optimize logic for power, performance, area, and timing goals.
  • Review the verification plan and implementation to ensure design features are verified correctly.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the design team, proposing innovative methodologies.
  • Work closely with architecture and backend teams to achieve best-in-class products.
  • Cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors.
