Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director, Software Engineer to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on monitoring team performance through metrics dashboards and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The candidate will manage multiple projects, communicate risks, and ensure agile principles are met. This position allows for telecommuting up to 2 days per week.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- Requires five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Technology Lead, Technology Analyst, Systems Engineer, or a closely related occupation.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve impediments ahead of deadlines.
- Work with agile and deployment lifecycles and/or tracking and process management tools.
- Identify and analyze opportunities and make tactical and strategic recommendations.
