As a Module Development Engineer at Intel, you will be instrumental in enhancing semiconductor manufacturing technologies. Requirements
- PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering with at least 6+ months experience in semiconductor relevant fields.
- 2+ years of technical experience in semiconductor processing and semiconductor materials and characterization is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Enthusiasm for advancing Intel's strategic goals and driving innovations in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) principles, and process characterization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced manufacturing processes, including material selection and parameter tuning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and pathfinding activities to support innovative device architectures.
- Implement modifications to operating equipment to increase efficiency and optimize production output.
- Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to establish and integrate enabling technology solutions.
- Perform process technology feasibility using theoretical simulations and practical engineering methods.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and technical advancements to align development efforts with evolving semiconductor needs.
- Develop cost-effective technology roadmaps in partnership with key stakeholders and suppliers.
