This role involves partnering with the Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Gen AI Platform teams to build autonomous systems that utilize LLMs and reasoning models. The individual will work collaboratively with teams in India and the US, focusing on cloud adoption and engineering roadmaps. The position requires managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment with limited supervision. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of AI agents and ensure robust architecture and implementation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 10 years focused on building ML and GenAI solutions.
- Mastery of agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Microsoft's AutoGen.
- Deep expertise in LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock, along with prompt engineering skills.
- Ability to implement complex memory systems and manage vector databases and RAG pipelines.
- Proficiency in integrating external APIs and handling errors in model outputs.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, with familiarity in FastAPI, Node.js, or Go.
- Understanding of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle and operationalizing ML models in production.
Responsibilities
- Act as a catalyst in building and deploying AI agents at scale.
- Collaborate across multiple divisions to align on AI solutions and demonstrate POCs.
- Evaluate state-of-the-art ML and Gen AI technologies and prototype solutions.
- Design, implement, and operationalize scalable data flows for AI agents.
