Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant STEM field.
- 2+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, or 1+ year of experience with a Ph.D.
- Experience in computer architecture and digital logic design using SystemVerilog.
- Proficiency in Python.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop energy-efficient hardware architectures for AI/ML workloads.
- Build and validate GPU power models across representative use cases and workloads.
- Architect hardware mechanisms to control ICCmax and mitigate di/dt transients.
- Conduct detailed workload power analysis and drive optimizations to achieve performance-per-watt targets.
- Develop scalable flows and methodologies for accurate and efficient power analysis.
