Job description

The Roadmap and Solutions Manager at Intel will focus on developing and managing the portfolio roadmap for the Health and Life Sciences vertical. This role requires balancing long-term strategic direction with immediate solution clarity, ensuring that innovative solutions are executable and scalable. The team operates at the intersection of technology and healthcare, addressing real-world constraints in medical devices and life sciences. The ideal candidate will have experience in roadmap planning and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around clear priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Health and Life Sciences industry, including medical devices or regulated healthcare technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in product, platform, or solution roadmap planning.
  • 1+ years of experience translating ambiguous market signals into structured priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive roadmap requirements aligned to business objectives and market needs.
  • Translate industry trends and customer insights into clear roadmap priorities.
  • Partner with product management and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles by developing roadmap narratives.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and proactively drive alignment discussions across stakeholders.
  • Partner with device architects to shape future state solutions for priority customers.
  • Develop solution positioning and high-level capability definitions in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support customer and partner engagements by articulating solution direction and roadmap alignment.
