The Senior M365 Engineer will join the Office 365 squads to support the delivery of M365 Copilot Integration. This role involves both hands-on technical work and strategic planning, requiring a strong technical foundation in the M365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Exchange Online. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of M365 Copilot and compliance tools. Effective collaboration and communication within a global team are essential for success in this position.

• A minimum of 7+ years of IT experience delivering solutions within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, Grok, and ChatGPT, including connector integrations and operational governance.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, with hands-on experience in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office ProPlus.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities or a willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including Sensitivity Labels and Compliance features.
• Strong knowledge of Copilot extensibility using tools such as Agent Builder and Power Platform is advantageous.
• Awareness of Generative AI tools and data protection considerations in AI-enabled environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Manage Core M365 Services by applying foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services.
• Configure, implement, and support Copilot integration features across Microsoft 365 applications.
• Support Microsoft Purview capabilities and ensure compliance with internal data protection standards.
• Use PowerShell or other scripting tools for automation and troubleshooting across the M365 environment.
• Stay up to date with evolving M365 and Copilot capabilities and help translate new features into implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to solve problems and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
