The DFT ATPG engineer is responsible for developing logic design and RTL coding while providing DFT timing closure support and test content generation for various DFx content. This role involves collaborating on architecture and microarchitecture features, optimizing logic for design integrity, and ensuring high-quality integration of DFT blocks into functional IP and SoC. The engineer will also work closely with post-silicon and manufacturing teams to verify features on silicon and drive high test coverage. This position is part of the Data Center Group, focusing on delivering exceptional products and innovation in semiconductor technologies.

• BS EE/CE or related STEM field with 3+ years of relevant DFT experience or MS EE/CE or related STEM field with 1+ years of relevant DFT experience.
• 1+ years of experience in tools like Siemens Tessent, Spyglass, Fusion compiler, and/or VCS.
• 1+ years of experience with scan insertion, low coverage debug, GLS debug, and/or post silicon debug.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years of experience with automatic test equipment (ATE) and working knowledge of test content generation for high-volume manufacturing.

• Develop the logic design, RTL coding, and simulation while providing DFT timing closure support.
• Participate in the definition of architecture and microarchitecture features of the block, subsystem, and SoC under DFT.
• Develop HVM content for rapid bring up and ramp to production on the automatic test equipment.
• Optimize logic to meet power, performance, area, timing, test coverage, DPM, and test time/vectormemory reduction goals.
• Review the verification plan and drive verification of the DFT design to achieve desired specifications.
• Integrate DFT blocks into functional IP and SoC and support SoC customers for high-quality integration.
• Collaborate with post-silicon and manufacturing teams to verify features on silicon and document improvements.
