Join Intel's Networking Solutions Group as part of the Customer Experience Support organization, focusing on next generation programmable Infrastructure Processing Units (IPUs). You will work closely with major cloud service providers to deliver customized IPU solutions that enhance security, performance, and system management. The role involves collaborating across engineering teams to drive end-to-end solution delivery and developing technical documentation to support customer design. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities across diverse stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in networking fundamentals, including NICs and modern data center protocols.
• Experience with NIC hardware and software stacks, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux distributions, PCIe devices, and network management protocols.
• Knowledge of Ethernet products and ecosystems for enterprise and data centers.

• Provide technical support to customers integrating Intel Ethernet products and technologies.
• Contribute across the full IPU lifecycle, including board and platform bring up and low-level device initialization.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand use cases and requirements.
• Develop technical collaterals such as application notes, user guides, and white papers.
• Analyze customer designs and provide insights to Engineering and Planning teams.
