Job description

The Systems and Solutions Engineer will play a vital role in enhancing product lifecycle workflows and supporting the development of Product Lifecycle management solutions. This position requires a strong focus on gathering customer needs and translating them into scalable technical solutions. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to ensure the design and execution of systems are efficient and effective. Continuous improvement and innovation will be key aspects of this role as the engineer identifies workflow efficiencies and contributes to future product solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar technical STEM degree.
  • 3+ years of experience with validation processes.
  • 3+ years of experience with process definition, milestones, and workflow for Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and product development lifecycles (PLC).
  • 3+ years of experience with requirements, test content, bug management, or database schema/data model management.
  • 2+ years of formal test management, execution, and validation experience in hardware, firmware, software, or systems.

Responsibilities

  • Research, define, and document product lifecycle workflows.
  • Gather and analyze customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the conceptual design of systems and components with a focus on usability and reliability.
  • Support design and development workflows for processor platforms.
  • Perform risk analysis and implement change management plans.
  • Assist in planning schedules, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
  • Participate in design reviews and leverage systems engineering tools.
  • Work closely with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment.
  • Identify efficiency improvements in workflows and contribute to future product solutions.
