Job description

This role focuses on the functional verification of graphics logic components, including 3D graphics and media. The team is dedicated to ensuring that designs meet specification requirements through rigorous testing and collaboration with various stakeholders. The position requires developing scalable verification plans and executing system simulations to identify and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will work closely with GPU architects and RTL developers to enhance verification processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 1+ years of relevant experience or a MS in Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
  • Experience with system Verilog and UVM environment.
  • Experience with computer architecture.
  • Experience with ASIC Design and Verification.
  • Debug experience with simulation models.

Responsibilities

  • Perform functional verification of graphics logic components to ensure design meets specification requirements.
  • Define and develop scalable and reusable IP verification plans and test benches.
  • Execute verification plans and run system simulation models to verify designs and analyze performance.
  • Replicate, root cause, and debug issues in the pre-silicon environment.
  • Collaborate with GPU architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams to improve verification processes.
  • Document test plans and drive technical reviews with design and architecture teams.
  • Maintain and improve existing functional verification infrastructure and methodology.
