The role involves working as a Senior Process Integration Development Engineer within Intel's Foundry Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering team. This position focuses on leading scientific research to enable the manufacture of innovative semiconductor device architectures. The team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology that supports Intel's product roadmap. Candidates will engage in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and excellence in semiconductor manufacturing.

• The candidate must possess a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Scientific STEM field of study.
• 4+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Semiconductor processing, Semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology.

• Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process.
• Participate in the development of intellectual property.
• Integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
• Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate the technology meets requirements while transferring the technology to counterparts in manufacturing.
