Job description

The IT Director - Direct Procurement and Factory Equipment is a senior technology leader responsible for executing the digital strategy for global direct and capital equipment procurement. This role is integral to the organization's ERP transformation, focusing on modernizing procurement processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The director will manage a critical SAP S/4HANA product portfolio and collaborate with various departments to ensure secure and compliant procurement capabilities. The position requires a strategic vision and strong leadership to drive change and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering leadership roles.
  • 10+ years of expertise in software engineering management.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA procure to pay and SAP Ariba.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year SAP S/4HANA roadmap aligned with enterprise modernization.
  • Lead the global transformation of procurement processes leveraging SAP S/4HANA best practices.
  • Own and evolve Contract Lifecycle Management capabilities through Icertis.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, and IT leadership.
  • Define, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs related to procurement performance.
