The role is for an analog and mixed-signal IC designer within Intel's Advanced Design Foundational IP Organization. The team focuses on developing advanced logic, memory, and analog/mixed-signal circuits to support Intel's process technology. The designer will work on circuit blocks, integrating them into technology test chips and guiding future process technology based on design results. Collaboration with process and IP engineers is essential to anticipate requirements and accelerate product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer or Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related STEM field with 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Ph.D. with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with design of custom analog or mixed-signal circuits.
- Analog or mixed signal design skills including specification, design or verification.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design and test circuit blocks including wireline IO AFEs, clocking circuits, and voltage regulator circuits.
- Integrate circuit blocks into Intel's leading technology test chips.
- Capture design and measurement results to guide the next generation of process technology and circuit specifications.
- Work closely with process and IP engineers to anticipate AMS IP requirements.
