JobsSoC Logic Design Engineer
Job description
The role involves developing logic design and RTL coding for SoC designs, integrating IP blocks into full chip designs. The team focuses on ensuring design integrity and compliance with quality checks while collaborating with architects and verification teams. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the design of future generation Intel SOCs. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in SoC or Subsystem RTL design and integration using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
- Experience in IP RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog.
Responsibilities
- Perform RTL coding that meets functional, area, power, and timing goals.
- Ensure design passes quality checks including Lint, CDC, and Low Power checks.
- Work with architects to understand design requirements.
- Write detailed micro-architectural specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the verification team to debug design in simulation.
- Work with the physical design team to ensure design is physically implementable.
