• 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis, preferably in technology product development or enterprise software.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering is a strong plus.
• Expertise in at least one programming language for data science, such as Python or R.
• Experience working with large-scale data technologies like Spark, Presto, Hive, or Hadoop.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical results into clear, actionable insights.
