• MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in machine learning or a related engineering role
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience with the full ML lifecycle including data processing, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Familiarity with distributed training and large-scale data pipelines
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals including supervised and unsupervised learning
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong software engineering practices including testing, code review, and version control
• PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with large language models, pre-training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning
• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, or Kubeflow
• Background in specific domains such as audio generation, speech-to-speech, or NLP
• Experience with real-time serving infrastructure
