The IT Security Ops Manager at KLA will lead the strategy, deployment, and operations of endpoint security technologies across the enterprise. This role involves managing a team of engineers and collaborating with various teams to ensure endpoint protection against modern threats. The position combines technical leadership with program management to maintain usability and business productivity. The manager will also oversee endpoint security tools and ensure they integrate effectively with existing systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in endpoint security or endpoint engineering.
• 4+ years in a lead or management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with endpoint security platforms such as EDR, DLP, and EPM.
• Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

• Own and manage enterprise endpoint security platforms including EDR/XDR and DLP.
• Lead the design, deployment, configuration, and optimization of endpoint security tools.
• Oversee endpoint-related security incidents and manage remediation efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of endpoint security engineers.
• Define the security agents roadmap aligned with Zero Trust and defense-in-depth strategies.
