As a Solution Architect at Elanco, you will lead the digital transformation of the global R&D organization, focusing on modernizing pharmaceutical development platforms. Your role will involve driving the adoption of technologies such as AI/ML systems and High-Performance Computing to enhance drug discovery and development. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to design secure and scalable scientific computing solutions. • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise IT systems.
• Proven experience supporting pharmaceutical development systems such as ELN, LIMS, CDS, LES, Informatics, and HPC.
• Strong technical expertise in integrating SaaS and cloud-native solutions using modern architecture frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

• Define and deliver the architecture vision for Elanco's R&D digital ecosystem.
• Partner with Product Managers and Principal Engineers to design scalable, compliant, and secure scientific computing solutions.
• Architect and implement integrated R&D systems using SaaS and cloud-native platforms.
• Apply emerging technologies to optimize research workflows, data pipelines, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate across IT and R&D to ensure systems support FAIR data principles and scientific reproducibility.
