• 10+ years in software engineering and 5+ years in software architecture for HPC or large-scale systems
• Expertise in C++ (17/20) and one scripting language, preferably Python
• Strong knowledge of GPU programming, including CUDA and OpenCL
• Experience with parallel and distributed computing stacks such as MPI and NCCL
• Hands-on experience with cluster orchestration tools like Slurm and Kubernetes

• Own the end-to-end software architecture for HPC/GPU platforms including services, libraries, and data pipelines
• Lead technical strategy and define candidate architectures while driving design reviews
• Design and implement GPU kernels and frameworks, optimizing for throughput and latency
• Establish performance engineering practices such as profiling and benchmarking
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on design and delivery
