The Staff Optical Engineer role at KLA focuses on developing next-generation patterned wafer geometry metrology platforms. Requirements
- Doctorate (Academic) or 2 years of work experience, Master's Level Degree or 4 years of work experience, or Bachelor's Level Degree or 5 years of work experience.
Responsibilities
- Write complete specifications for interferometer optics including objective, transmission flats, and relay lenses.
- Architect a state-of-the-art interferometry system with detailed analysis of optics manufacturing tradeoffs.
- Utilize strong knowledge of critical fabrication and metrology tools including MRF, IBF, CGH, refractometers, and stress meters.
