Job description

The role involves installing and qualifying advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring that installations meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. The position is part of the KLA Services team, which focuses on maintaining high performance and productivity of products through a flexible portfolio of services. The team collaborates with various stakeholders, including engineering and customer teams, to verify system performance and facilitate tool ownership transfer. This role is critical in diagnosing and resolving technical issues during installations.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree with 0 years of related work experience or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation.
  • Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of complex semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with KLA regions, engineering, and customer teams.
  • Provide clear status updates to all stakeholders throughout the installation process.
  • Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time.
  • Secure warranty sign-off on newly installed tools.
