Job description

The role involves delivering expert technical support to ensure optimal tool performance in customer fabs. Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert technical support that ensures optimal tool performance in customer fabs.
  • Implement detailed installation plans for new products.
  • Develop and implement applications that solve customer problems using existing and pre-release products.
  • Work with engineering teams to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain strategic customer relationships.
