Job description

The role focuses on optimizing KLA Corporation's business through the Influence Product Service Life Cycle (SLC). The KLA Services team, based in Milpitas, CA, collaborates with field teams and customers to enhance product performance and productivity. This position involves building expertise in system operations and supporting product training initiatives. The candidate will also analyze customer issues and coordinate with various teams to mitigate service supply chain risks.

Requirements

  • Doctorate or Master's degree with relevant work experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience with Capital Reticle Equipment in KLA Instruments or a similar semiconductor industry.
  • Project management experience across multiple subject areas.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing control systems and customer management systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Python, Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Influence the Product Service Life Cycle to optimize business features.
  • Build expertise in system operation, integration, and diagnostics.
  • Analyze critical customer issues and collaborate with engineering for action plans.
  • Assist in revising and improving training infrastructure for mature products.
  • Conduct spares obsolescence risk analysis and coordinate with the Spares Planning team.
  • Drive part quality issues from the field to resolution with Operations Quality and Spares Planning.
  • Support planning for retrofits and validate serviceability.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in mature and volume Product Life Cycles.
