Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in software engineering management.
- Strong understanding of distributed system architecture and operating systems principles.
- Experience leading multiple software engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizations and manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Grow and develop a world-class, geographically distributed team.
- Plan, schedule, mentor, and lead the execution of projects and activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and partners to define the product roadmap.
- Continuously review and identify improvement opportunities in processes and practices.
