The Software Development Engineer will join the Amazon FSx for Lustre team, focusing on designing and building transformative customer experiences for a high-performance file system service. This role requires deep technical expertise and creativity to deliver reliable services at AWS scale. The position is based in Boston and involves working with a dynamic team dedicated to innovation in high-performance computing and cloud storage. Candidates will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with leadership to enhance product offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
