Job description

The team is focused on building a next-generation platform for orchestrating and deploying AI agents, aimed at enhancing the development lifecycle of products for Apple customers. This small, skilled team is responsible for creating tools and systems that support Apple's internal development teams, machine learning engineers, and data scientists. The role requires creativity and problem-solving skills to develop scalable and maintainable solutions. Engineers will work on challenging distributed systems problems in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer working on deploying large-scale systems
  • Strong understanding of data-centric systems, distributed systems, reliability, and cloud services
  • Hands-on experience in designing and coding large-scale systems
  • Proven experience with applied machine learning, data engineering, or similar fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience
  • Experience with developer tools or developer productivity systems
  • Experience with open source or inner source
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related experience
