The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team to deliver innovative solutions that integrate engineering and AI. Microsoft values a culture of inclusion and aims to empower every individual and organization to achieve more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the design of complex, scalable systems and frameworks that power enterprise-grade solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Drive technical strategy and set long-term vision for frontend and backend integration.
  • Mentor and guide senior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Time-off and flexibility are common, with generous vacation and holidays, parental and caregiver leave, and flexible work schedules, alongside learning support, employee resource groups, product discounts, and matching-gifts/volunteering programs. Specific benefits can vary by region.
