The Consultant in Business Consulting for Transformation Design and Execution at EY will assist clients in delivering business transformations by connecting strategy and execution across various industries. This role involves working directly with leadership teams to plan, design, and deploy solutions that encompass multiple capabilities. The position requires managing and motivating diverse teams while maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage their unique voice and perspective to contribute to EY's mission of building a better working world.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Social/Organizational Science or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
- Must have 4 years of experience leading business functions in transformation program/PMO/EPMO/Portfolio design.
- Must have 3 years of external client-facing consulting experience in Business or technology consulting.
- Must have 3 years of professional services experience, with at least 1 year at a large, multinational consulting firm.
- Must have 2 years of external client-facing consulting experience in the commercial sector.
- Must have 1 year of experience in engagement financial planning and/or management.
- Must have 1 year of experience supporting business development efforts.
- Must have 1 year of experience managing, leading, and developing a project team of consulting professionals.
- Must have 1 year of experience supporting internal business strategies.
Responsibilities
