The Tax Senior Services Manager will lead the Tax Technology and Transformation team within EY's Financial Services Organization. This role focuses on managing and delivering tax technology solutions and process enhancements to improve client tax operations. The team is dedicated to providing exceptional delivery and growth in a technical environment. Candidates should be passionate about solving complex challenges in the financial services industry.

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant work experience.
• One of the following certifications: CPA, EA, JD, or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Exposure to the financial services industry and tax software development.
• Strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.

• Manage large-scale managed services programs and tax transformation projects.
• Oversee tax technology strategy and road mapping.
• Lead implementation and configuration of direct and indirect tax systems.
• Review tax analytics and reporting and advise on enhancements.
• Identify ways to improve operational effectiveness in tax functions.
