• BS and/or MS in Electrical Engineering with a PE License or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of professional experience in data center build or construction.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical power paths from utility distribution.
• Expertise in power distribution for various electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical build and operational changes with high power rack densities.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, controls, life safety, and IT Networking systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high pressure environments.
• Experience with Level 1-5 commissioning and direct-to-chip liquid cooling technologies.
• Solid grasp of Sequence of Operations (SOO) for electrical system control.

• Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to identify and collect requirements for next-generation data centers.
• Support the global build standards for data center power systems.
• Adapt DSX and electrical system reference builds to AI Factory deployments.
• Conduct technical evaluations from site selection through site turnover.
• Provide technical support for construction and commissioning issues.
• Standardize electrical engineering quality approval and process control.
