• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience with High-Level Synthesis (HLS) tools.
• Prior engagement with wireless standards organizations.
• Experience with simulation automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Track record of technical publications or contributions to the wireless research community.
• Exceptional communication skills.

• Drive end-to-end simulation and algorithm development for complex wireless systems.
